Leeanne has a varied background with a common theme which has given her great experience and knowledge in dealing with people, setting goals & achieving great outcomes.
Leeanne completed the "Results Coach Training System" through the NeuroLeadership Institute in 2010, gaining the credentials that support what she had been doing for many years already. Leeanne has also completed many other courses, such as Executive Coaching, Intuitive Coaching and the Coaching Toolkit. Most recently Leeanne took on studying the Certificate Foundation Course in Neuroscience and Leadership through The NeuroLeadership Institute as well as training with Six Seconds as an Emotional Intelligence Coach and Assessor.
Leeanne also holds an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF)
As well as coaching, Leeanne also works as a Trainer and contracts to many organisations delivering courses to all levels of employees from senior managers to the front end staff. Leeanne also works with organisations in facilitating change.
For the last 20 years Leeanne has been teaching individuals and organizations about how to manage their Goals. With a focus on areas such as Business Building, Sales and Finance. Leeanne has been running her own business since 2000.
